FACULTY
DITM believes that the quality and excellence of the educational system depends exclusively on the level of competence, integrity,
innovativeness and commitment to dedicate of the faculty to the case of educate and imparting knowledge. Their job requirements are classified into three categories i.e.
(i) Academic
(ii) Administrative
(iii) Research and development facilities
Academic duties of faculty include
(i) Teaching work in the class-room and practical work in laboratories
(ii) Developing learning resource material
(iii) Students performance appraisal assessment and evaluation
(iv) Upgrading and updating their knowledge and skills
(v) Interacting with students in co-curricular and extra curricular activities and counseling, guidance and help the students to remove their weaknesses.
The administrative duty requirements include policy planning, monitoring and evaluating performances at departmental and institute levels, to assign, develop and implement new programmes. To develop and manage academic research facilities in the institute. Manage accountability and performance appraisal scheme.
The Institute aims at blending experience and latest knowledge in developing quality human resource.
In addition to the above, DITM recognizes that for complete and overall personality development of the student, the expert lectures from the guest faculty and persons of eminence play a very important and significant role. The institute is striving continuously in this direction.
