The Governing body is the policy making of the institute .The main key functions of the governing body include setting broad guidelines of the institute : to review its operations to provide the necessary funds for the development of the institute :to spend the activities of the institute by establishing academic alliances with leading institute of engineering and management .Many board member are from various business organizations which established the link between institute and corporate business world.
