Personality Development and Leadership
Apart from imparting value based education and preparing the students for achieving academic excellence, the Institute conducts regular lectures on "Personality Development and Leadership" and organises interaction with eminent experts from different disciplines.

 

Some of the major topics covered
Traits of well adjusted personality, positive thinking, assertive behaviour, effective communication, public speaking, team spirit, emotional intelligence, time management, ethics and values, rights and duties, social responsibility, relaxation, concentration and stress management. The Institute believes that professional knowledge should invariably be matched with personal growth of the students.

 

Short listing of Candidates
Based on the resumes, the companies will be required to prepare a shortlist of qualifying students and inform in advance to the Placement committee.

 

GUEST LECTURES FROM THE INDUSTRY
We have a passion for calling eminent persons from various Industries for guest lecturers in out institute. The basic philosophy being to let our students have first hand information about the ground realities of industrial environment. The speakers with their vast experience make our students aware about various aspects where students on their part get replies to their various queries in question answer session which is a regular part of all lectures.

During last session we had guest lecturers from different organizations. These lectures were tremendously informative and interesting to our students. Some of the lecturers, were so impressed with our institute and students that they readily decided to absorb some of them in their organization. People from industry are equally keen to recruit students whenever they come across them. Thus their lectures are helpful to both us as well as the industry.
