INTRODUCTION

The institute has a dynamic Training and Placement cell which is responsible for industry interface, Study Tours and placements. Industry interface at DITM happens through seminars, conferences, corporate interaction and weekly guest lectures. DITM organizes seminars and conferences all through the year. The primary objective is to sharpen student skills in opportunity evaluation and help them understand the task, decisions and knowledge that are required to turn job opportunity into a stepping stone. Our institute has been adopting new and innovative methodology to assist the student community in fulfilling the objective and aspirations.

Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell is constantly in touch with prospective employers to ensure that they consider DITM students whenever there are job opportunities. One of the main responsibilities of the T&P Cell is to motivate, and prepare students for interviews at prospective workplaces. Careful and systematic preparation is initiated and sustained. Mock Aptitude Tests, Psychometric Tests, Group Discussions and Personality Development Tests are conducted by professionals. Many books are available in the main library to help students prepare for interviews.
