Placement process

The actual recruitment process consists of following steps:

  • The Pre Placement Talks: Companies that agree to recruit students from our institution send a team of some members to our campus for Pre Placement Talks. During these talks students get a chance to interact freely with the panel which gives them a fair idea of the particular organization and its work culture. This helps them decide if they wish to apply for a job with it.
  • Submission of Resume: Willing students then have to submit their resume either through the Placement committee or to the company directly as per its requirements.
  • Short listing of candidates: Qualifying students are then short listed and the placement committee informed accordingly.
  • Campus Interview: A recruitment team then visits the institution for the final selection. For this they can hold written tests, group discussions, case studies or personal interviews. List of the selected candidates is usually announced on the spot.
